CLICK THE PIC FOR LARGER VIEW

just a couple tips for the blog

when you add pictures, the first one in the post will be the one that shows up on the main page.

please title your post

if you click “notify me” at the bottom of the post you can get an email letting you know a comment was posted… i wish it would just show “new comments since last visit” but alas, it doesnt.

clicking on a picture will open it in a bigger window and some pictures even offer an enlargement icon allowing it to be blown up even bigger… back arrow then brings you back to the post.

if you want to share a specific post elsewhere, have the post open and then copy the address bar.
copying the address bar without the post open just creates a link to the main page of the blog.

mac users who wish to post mobile-ey can ask brian s. – he found an app that works super simple he said…

if you are unsure if you are logged in, look for a pencil icon around the upper right of the main page. if you see it, you are in and clicking it will create a new post… if not you can also just click the word “blogger” at the bottom of the main page and that will allow you to log in and create a new post.

visitors who are not members of the AAC can post comments, but only AAC members can post a new topic.

and this:
PLEASE DO NOT DELETE A REPLY WITHIN A POST !!!

it looks like in the past that if someone deletes a reply (not a post but a reply) it does something weird and the “see comments” wheel just spins and spins and spins…

maybe it was just a glitch but….

if you screwed up something just do a new reply… sorry.

i should probably just make this a separate page on the main navigation bar and will probably do so…

anything else can and will be added as it comes up…
